Kegel Exercises

Until very recently, doing Kegel Exercises was something only women would do. Originally thought to tighten loose vaginas, the Kegel exercises have evolved to become the most effective way of stopping premature ejaculation.

For men, these exercises concentrate on the pubococcygeus muscle (the “PC Muscle”). This is a small muscle in behind the scrotum, that worked out can block ejaculation. You can easely identify where your PC Muscle is by trying to stop the flow of urine half way.

Practicing the Kegel Exercises

It’s really easy to do the Kegel Exercises. All you need to do is to contract and release the PC Muscle in quick successions. Beginners should start by doing 15 to 20 contractions and taking a rest after. After a few minutes, repeat the same until you complete three series.

The best thing about the Kegels is that you can do it everywhere. You don’t need to be naked – you can do it while sitting in your computer, on the bus or even while you are talking on the phone. There are few places where you can’t do the kegels.

As with everything that matters, what makes the difference here is consistency. If you want to have a strong PC Muscle, you should exercise Kegels every day for at least three to four weeks. Thankfully, the exercises are that easy that there’s no excuse for you to skip them.

Once you get more experience and a better control of your PC Mucle, you can start with advanced Kegel exercises. The advanced exercises are still simple – they are only a more intensive variation of the training. For example, for every contraction, try to hold at least twice as long, and then more and more.

Show Me the Benefits

The benefits of these simple exercises are huge.

A long and deep contraction of your PC Muscle during orgasm can stop ejaculation (ever wondered what was the secret to being multi-orgasmic? There you go.) Also, a well-worked PC Muscle can also help you achieve stronger and longer erections.

It may look like too much for just a small muscle – but it works. I’ve been practicing these exercises for more than two years now and I’m not exaggerating if I say they changed my sexual life. You’ll need time, dedication and perseverance, but the price at the end is too big to miss.

Get that work-out going and remember – in only a few weeks you could see gigantic results out of this simple exercise.
